How to Reset Portal User Password
- Choose Settings on the top menuÂ
- Click the drop-down arrow next to Manage UsersÂ
- Choose UsersÂ
- Click on the user you want to edit or click New UserÂ
- Change the Password and Confirm Password box with a new password that meets the following criteria –Â
- Password must be at least 8 characters longÂ
- Password must contain at least one uppercase character, lowercase character and numberÂ
- Your password cannot be the same as your usernameÂ
