How to Check the Status of a phone registration
- Log into “MX Admin”
- Click on Configure then UsersÂ
- Double click on the user you want to editÂ
- Check the Device Assignment section and note the Device ID (typically MAC Address)Â
- Click on Configure then DevicesÂ
- Enter the Device ID in the Quick Filter search box on the top leftÂ
- Right click on the Device you want to check the status and choose Show Device Status…Â
- Check the Active column for a True or False active statementÂ
