How to Change a user’s Mailbox PIN
- Log into “MX Admin”
- Click on Configure then Users
- Double Click on the user you want to edit
- Go to the PIN password box or click on the Security Settings… box then the in PIN password box and enter the new PIN of the users voicemail.
